Senior Consultants – Holland BASED

Opportunities have arisen for experienced business process Consultants in the areas of Supply Chain, Finance & Business Modeling. The Senior Consultants will be expected to:

  • Provide 'subject matter expertise' to Client Initiatives, facilitating the design of improved functional processes or the re-design of functional processes to accommodate new business models adopted by the Client
  • Provide project management skills for delivery of initiatives in the Senior Consultants area of specialism
  • Maintain contact with former customers and promote the Voorne Partners value propositions and service offerings
  • Contribute to the development of the internal Knowledge Management Base for his area of expertise

 The Senior Consultant will also be expected to display the following behaviours:

Desired Skills & Experience

Successful candidates will have some or all of the following:

  • The ability to listen to Client requirements and turn these into realistic and deliverable design features
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to lead and facilitate workshops
  • Strong team working skills in multi cultural environments
  • A successful track record of delivery of process change in major programmes enabled by IT
  • Solid Project/Programme Management experience
  • 5 plus years experience in Industry in an operational function pertinent to the process specialism (e.g. Controller for Finance)
  • ERP knowledge, preferable SAP
  • Experience/qualification in Lean, 6 sigma, SCOR etc.
  • An academic qualification, to degree level or equivalent

The role is a Client focused role and will require extensive time at the Client location; the role is focused in Europe but travel to Asia and the Americas may be required.
