Voorne Partners is a business consultancy that employs people who originate from international industrial and service organisations. Therefore we offer “can-do” assistance and use business “speak” rather than consultancy “speak”.
Our base knowledge is in; Business models, Business processes, Organisation and Business Support Tools (without being an IT company). Above all we understand their integration and their international aspects, issues and options.
Using in-depth content knowledge we work together with our clients to achieve results. From analysis to implementation, from small initiatives to managing complex programs; we directly add value to the business.
Our large international customer portfolio is not only the proof of our approach, but also a guarantee of solutions that work across country borders. We are active not only in Europe but also in Asia and America. Our three ‘base-camps’, Rotterdam, London and Düsseldorf, provide us with the possibility to tailor staffing to the (language-) needs of our clients.
Our client base consists of a diverse range of international companies; e.g. Trading (soft commodity, proprietary and energy), Chemical Industry, Manufacturing, Grid Operators, Shipping and Forwarding, Bio Engineering. Over the years we’ve been fortunate to work with them on a variety of projects in several and usually cross functional disciplines; Back-office organisation, Accounting, Sales, Trading & Execution, Maintenance, Risk Management, Purchasing, HR….
